About this course
This course provides product management fundamentals in order to be able to ship product features that customers love. Participants will learn how to create product roadmaps, use the business model canvas, define MVP and and make data driven product decisions.
Participants may be existing product managers or those looking to transition from another discipline such an engineering or design.
This course provides participants with the fundamental skills required to make sound product decisions. Participants will learn approaches to ideation, market research and new data models. Students will also receive product owner accreditation.
Module 1: Product Fundamentals
Participants learn the fundamentals of product management techniques.
Module 2: The Product Owner
Participants will gain an understanding of the role of the product owner in the team context.
Module 3; Data Driven Product Decisions
Using Data For Product Decisions
Students will learn how to capture and analyse data to aid product development.
